When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials A588 grade A heavy plate. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

Hot Rolled Plates A588 grade A heavy plate Machining After final forging/forming and Heat treatment process, all the pipe Fittings, Flanges, Fasteners, Etc. are sent for machining i.e. and preparation, O/D and I/D matching as per dimensional codes. An Expert Q.C. engineer is involved and he keeps constant vigil on every machining operation. Step machining is carried out as required by the codes. GO and NO-GO gauges are used to check the O/D & I/D of the fittings, Flanges, etc.
After the order is finished, our after-sales service center will send an email to make a feedback about our steel products' quality. We have phone service every three months to remind our customers of the possible problems and collect advices or suggestions in quality and service. Upon the collection of advices or suggestions, our after-sales service will quickly make technical solutions to wipe out the customer problem.
