After 1975, our equipment includes blast furnaces, electric furnaces, vacuum refining furnaces, and electroslag furnaces. The product varieties are relatively complete. Mg element can reduce the number, size, distribution and morphology of inclusions in steel such as A36 ms sheet. Micro Mg can improve the size and distribution of carbides in bearing steel. And the carbide particles of bearing steel containing magnesium are fine and uniform. When Mg content is 0.002% - 0.003%, the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel increase by more than 5%, and the plasticity remains basically unchanged.
Hot rolled steel for cold forming can be divided into general purpose, stamping, deep drawing and ultra deep drawing according to its use. Common grades include A36 ms sheet, DD11, DD12, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE steel. Hot-rolled steel for cold forming produced by our company uses low-carbon component, and has good stamping performance, welding performance and high dimensional accuracy.
