Welding is mainly used for manufacturing metal structure parts, and also for manufacturing machine parts. The welding connection performance is good, and it is convenient to weld A709 grade HPS50W bridge steel plate steel plates, profiles or castings and forgings according to the needs. In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, A709 grade HPS50W bridge steel plate I beam and other profile steel to local market.
A709 grade HPS50W bridge steel plate, 15CrMo alloy steel is Chinese material. It is characterized by high Chrome and Molybdenum contents. The 15CrMo alloy steel chrome content is 0.80-1.10, and molybdenum content is 0.40-0.55. Besides, 15CrMo carbon content is 0.12-0.18, silicon content is 0.17-0.37, manganese content is 0.40-0.70. The heating temperatures for quenching and tempering of 15CrMo alloy steel are 900 and 650 centigrade respectively. The yield point of 15CrMo alloy steel is 295Mpa.
