Their responsibilities are to deal with customer consultation, solve customer problems, update production plans, and instruct the logistics department to deliver products to customers.
Steel plates for high-rise buildings have the properties of easy welding, earthquake resistance, and low-temperature impact resistance, and are mainly used in large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, super-tall buildings, large-span stadiums, airports, exhibition centers, and steel structure workshops. Compared with ordinary Q235B / Q345B steel plates, these plates A514 Gr Q alloy steel plate for high-rise buildings have upper limits on yield strength and improved tensile strength, and have requirements for carbon equivalent and yield ratio indexes.
In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate A514 Gr Q alloy steel plate size.
In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, A514 Gr Q alloy steel plate I beam and other profile steel to local market.
