A514 grade A alloy steel plate, 30CrMnSiA steel has good machinability, small processing deformation and good fatigue resistance. If 30CrMnSiA steel is used to make a tool, it is processed to the tool shape by rough machining. Mill the cutting edge with a cemented carbide milling cutter and polish it with a polishing machine. There should be no problem for the surface roughness reaching 3.2. 30CrMnSiA steel has high strength, sufficient toughness and good hardenability after quenching and tempering. After quenching and tempering, 30CrMnSiA steel can be used for grinding wheel shafts, gears and sprockets.
In actual processing applications, the processing A514 grade A alloy steel plate thickness of flame cutting ranges from 6 to 200 mm, and the A514 grade A alloy steel plate cutting thickness can even reach 350 mm by replacing the air pipe and cutting torch nozzle. In order to better improve the cutting quality, the related process parameters will be slightly different when using flame cutting for materials of different thickness. The verticality of the cutting surface processed by the CNC flame cutting machine is generally high, and the slope can be controlled below 2-3°. The characteristic is that flame cutting performs better when cutting A514 grade A alloy steel plate with a certain thickness above 10mm.
