41Cr4 (1.7035) material is an alloy structural steel grade commonly used internationally. Its tensile strength, yield strength and hardenability are all higher than that of 40# steel, but it also has certain defects that its weldability is limited and there is a tendency to form cracks. 41Cr4 steel is generally used for more important quenched and tempered parts, such as parts that work under alternating loads, medium speed and medium load parts.
