EN10028-2 16Mo3 grade is an alloy steel plate for pressure vessels. EN10028-2 specified grades of 16Mo3 chromium-molybdenum steel alloys, which are used for materials at elevated operating temperatures and are used as weldable steel in industrial boilers and stainless steel pressure vessels in the petroleum, natural gas and chemical industries. Advantages: this kind of steel plate has smooth surface, good quality and easy processing. Because this kind of steel plate has no concentrated shrinkage cavity, the amount of deoxidizer is very small and the price is lower than other steel plates.
Penetration testing technology is only suitable for detecting surface defects.
