The advantages of A514 grade R alloy steel plate, steel plate produced from coil: price is cheap and length can be freely determined; transportation is convenient, no need to consider according to the size of steel plate; cutting is convenient, according to the actual needs of steel plate size cutting, and finally can effectively save materials. The disadvantage of steel plate produced from coil: there will be great welding deformation during welding, which is difficult to adjust. Therefore, the steel plate produced from coil can not be used for parts with high requirements on appearance quality.
EN10025-2 S235J2 steel is equivalent to our Chinese teel grade Q235D. They are both done low temperature impact test at -20℃.
