We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product A572 grade 60 high strength steel annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.
When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials A572 grade 60 high strength steel. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
SM490B plate is a kind of structural steel produced according to Japanese Standard JIS G3106. Min. tensile strength of SM490B plate is 490MPa. SM490B plate is mainly used in buildings, bridges, ships, rail vehicles, oil tanks, containers and other buildings requiring high-level weldability. The delivery state is hot rolling for SM490B plate, A572 grade 60 high strength steel with thickness less than 80mm; and the delivery state is normalizing for SM490B steel plate with thickness more than 80mm.
