Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer A709 grade 50 low alloy steel sheet thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.
LSAW Pipe to Peru. In the beginning of 2014, Peru government released an international tender for one of the hydroelectric power plant. Finally they chose us as the contractor, we purchased the steel plate and then fabricate the A709 grade 50 low alloy steel sheet steel plate into steel pipe, and then make the corrosion protect on the surface, we also supply the fitting with our steel plate, the total value of this order is about 2 million USD.
A709 grade 50 low alloy steel sheet, 15CrMo alloy steel is Chinese material. It is characterized by high Chrome and Molybdenum contents. The 15CrMo alloy steel chrome content is 0.80-1.10, and molybdenum content is 0.40-0.55. Besides, 15CrMo carbon content is 0.12-0.18, silicon content is 0.17-0.37, manganese content is 0.40-0.70. The heating temperatures for quenching and tempering of 15CrMo alloy steel are 900 and 650 centigrade respectively. The yield point of 15CrMo alloy steel is 295Mpa.
