Wear resistant steel plate is a kind of special plate product specially used under the condition of large area wear. At present, the commonly ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel used wear-resistant steel plate is a plate product made by overlaying a certain thickness of hard and wear-resistant alloy wear-resistant layer on the surface of ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity. The wear-resistant steel plate ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel consists of two parts: carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer.
Compared with ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel, boiler steel plates should have the following properties: (1) High medium temperature strength: low and medium pressure boiler drums use steel with a lower yield point, high pressure boilers use steel with a high yield point. (2) Good plasticity, impact toughness, cold bending and welding performance. ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel annealing is to heat the steel to 30 ~ 50℃ above the critical temperature, keep it in the heat treatment furnace for a period of time, and then cool it down to room temperature with the furnace. The purpose of ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel annealing is to refine the grain of steel, eliminate internal stress and reduce hardness, improve cutting performance, increase toughness and plasticity, and facilitate welding and rolling processes. ASTM A514 quenched and tempered steel annealing can be complete annealing, incomplete annealing, stress relief annealing, isothermal annealing and spheroidizing annealing.
SPA-C steel with the thickness range is 1.2-150mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm.
