During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials A709 grade 100 bridge steel plate. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.
Our company can produce A709 grade 100 bridge steel plate, EN10025-2 S355J2 structural steel plates and sheets up to 400mm thickness. S355J2 steel consists of S ( for structural steel), 355 (indicates the minimum specified yield strength value in MPa for thickness less than 16mm), J2( for a minimum impact energy value of 27J at -20ºC). EN S355J2 structural steel plates are suitable for cold flanging, delivery condition normalized rolled or as rolled.
