15CrMo alloy plate is a heat-resistant steel with pearlite structure, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloying elements in steel, the hardening tendency of A709 grade 50W bridge steel plate and 15CrMo alloy plate is obvious and the weldability is poor. After welding, local high temperature tempering treatment should be carried out. The heat treatment process of 15CrMo alloy plate is as follows: the temperature rise rate is 200°C/h, the temperature is raised to 715°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes, the temperature drop rate is 100°C/h, and the temperature is reduced to 300°C before air cooling.
A709 grade 50W bridge steel plate, 20CrMo alloy steel plate has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, little tendency of cold cracking, good machinability and cold strain plasticity. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is generally used in the state of quenching and tempering or carburizing and quenching. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is used to manufacture high-pressure pipes, fasteners and carburized parts, such as gears and shafts, working in non corrosive medium and medium containing mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen under 250 ℃.
Weathering steel generally adopts the process route of fine material into the furnace-smelting (converter, electric furnace-microalloying treatment-argon blowing-LF refining-low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire)-controlled rolling and cooling. The scrap steel is added into the furnace together with the charge, and smelted according to the conventional process. After the A709 grade 50W bridge steel plate steel is tapped, deoxidizers and alloys are added. After the molten steel is treated with argon blowing, the molten steel is cast. By adding rare earth elements to the steel, the A709 grade 50W bridge steel plate weathering steel is purified and the content of inclusions is greatly reduced.
