The company has allocated special environmental protection facilities for all A709 Gr 36 bridge steel plate pollution sources, strengthened the recycling of waste resources and improved the efficiency of resource utilization. At present, the recovery and utilization rate of solid wastes such as iron slag, steel slag, iron bearing dust, A709 Gr 36 bridge steel plate steel mill scale, environmental protection dust has reached 100%.
We have transportation department and shipping department to coordinate logistics and delivery. Seamless connection between inland transportation and sea transportation ensures smooth delivery, saves transportation time and delivers goods in the first time. During the sea transportation, we will update the freight progress for customers on a regular basis, so as to facilitate the tracking of customers and make preparations for receiving goods leisurely and timely.
Advantages of hot rolling: hot rolling can destroy the casting structure of ingot, refine the grain of steel and eliminate the defects of microstructure, so that the steel structure is dense and the mechanical properties are improved. This improvement is mainly reflected in the rolling direction, so that the A709 Gr 36 bridge steel plate steel is no longer isotropic to some extent; the bubbles, cracks and looseness formed during pouring can also be welded under the action of high temperature and pressure.
We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel A709 Gr 36 bridge steel plate sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment.
