The A514 grade Q high strength steel plate plate products have passed the EU CE certification, and have been recognized by China, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea and other eight classification societies for high-strength ship plates. The steel strand products have passed the United States (PTI) certification. The A514 grade Q high strength steel plate products enjoy a high reputation in the domestic and foreign markets. The products are applied to national key projects and sold to 37 countries and regions such as EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and America.
As we all know, steel pipes occupy more space in the process of transportation. If there is no good way of packing, the transportation cost for steel pipes will be a big expense. In view of this characteristic, our company is ingenious and adopts the nest package method to solve this problem perfectly. The premise of the nest package is that the diameters of the steel pipes are different, and the small diameter pipe is inserted in the large diameter pipe. This not only saves the volume, but also saves the transportation cost. It also reduces the loading and unloading workload by half, saves precious time, and enables customers to receive goods earlier.
The main applications of normalizing are as follows:① For low carbon steel, A514 grade Q high strength steel plate. The hardness of low carbon steel after normalizing is slightly higher than that after annealing, and the toughness is also better, so normalizing can be used as the pretreatment of cutting.② For medium carbon steel, normalizing can be used as the final heat treatment instead of quenching and tempering treatment, or as the preparation treatment before surface quenching by induction heating.③ Normalizing can be used in tool steel, bearing steel, carburizing steel and so on, which can eliminate or inhibit the formation of network carbide, thus obtaining the good microstructure needed for spheroidizing annealing.④ Normalizing can refine the cast structure and improve the machinability of steel castings.
In 2015, we offered 230 tons 309S and 310S stainless steel A514 grade Q high strength steel plate plate to Vietnam fabrication company. The products are used in fabricating machine for this company. Then the customer sell the machine to south America and European market. This Vietnam company purchase more than 100 ton stainless steel from us every month.
