The Cr-Mo alloy steel pipe fittings manufactured to ASTM A234 includes the grades of WP1, WP12 CL1, WP12 CL2, WP11 CL1, WP11 CL2, WP11 CL3, WP22 CL1, WP22 CL3, WP24, WP5 CL1, WP5 CL3, WP9 CL1, WP9 CL3, WP91, WP911, WP92. The BW pipe A514 Gr B alloy steel plate fittings can be made from either seamless pipes, or fusion-welded pipes which shall be with filler metal added and shall conform to the chemical requirements of the standard specification.
The mechanical properties of 20MnV steel are as follows: tensile strength 785 MPa, yield strength 590 MPa, elongation after fracture 10%, reduction of area 40%, impact absorption energy 55 J. A514 Gr B alloy steel plate, 20MnV steel has good properties, good strength, toughness and plasticity, good hardenability and machinability. After carburizing, 20MnV steel can be directly quenched without secondary quenching to improve the core structure. The weldability of 20MnV steel is good, but there is temper brittleness at 300-360 ℃ during heat treatment.
Q550C steel belongs to low alloy high strength steel. Chemical composition of Q550C steel: C ≤ 0.18, Si ≤ 0.60, Mn ≤ 2.0, P ≤ 0.030, S ≤ 0.030, Nb ≤ 0.11, V ≤ 0.12, Ti ≤ 0.20, Cr ≤ 0.80, Ni ≤ 0.80, Cu ≤ 0.80, N ≤ 0.015, Mo ≤ 0.30, B ≤ 0.004, Al ≤ 0.015. Mechanical properties of Q550C steel: yield strength ≥ 550 MPa, tensile strength 600-780 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 16%, impact energy ≥ 55J. A514 Gr B alloy steel plate, Q550C steel is mainly used for manufacturing various large-scale engineering structural components and construction machinery. Due to its high strength, Q550C steel can meet the requirements of large-scale and lightweight construction machinery.
