Q890E steel plate chemical composition: C≤0.20, Si≤0.80, Mn≤2.00, P≤0.020, S≤0.010, Cu≤0.50, Cr≤1.50, Ni≤2.00, Mo≤0.70, B≤0.0050, V≤0.12, Nb≤0.06, Ti≤0.05.Q890E steel plate yield strength: ≥890Mpa when thickness ≤50mm; yield strength: ≥830Mpa when 50mm ≤ thickness ≤100mm.Application scope of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate, Q890E steel plate: Q890E steel plate is suitable for manufacturing hydraulic supports, heavy vehicles, construction machinery and other steel structures requiring good weldability.
The effect of nitrogen on steel performance is similar to that of carbon and phosphorus. With the increase of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate nitrogen content, the strength of steel can be improved, plasticity especially toughness can be significantly reduced, weldability becomes worse, and cold brittleness is intensified. Nitrogen with aluminum, niobium, vanadium and other elements can reduce its adverse effects, improve the performance of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate steel, can be used as an alloying element of low alloy steel.
The company celebrates Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Opening. In October 23th, 2018, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province. The HZMB is a 55-kilometre (34 mi) bridge–tunnel system consisting of a series of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate three cable-stayed bridges, an undersea tunnel, and four artificial islands. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the world’s longest sea-crossing bridge connecting Hong Kong, Macao, and Zhuhai—three major cities on the Pearl River Delta.
