Forging method is to use forging hammer, precision forging machine, fast forging machine or hydraulic press to forge ingot into steel, billet or forging blank. Forging is the earliest A514 grade J alloy steel plate processing method. Forging is divided into free forging and model forging. Forging method can obtain the finished steel with better mechanical properties and shapes that are not easy or impossible to obtain A514 grade J alloy steel plate by rolling method.
The allowable temperature of A514 grade J alloy steel plate, boiler steel is mainly determined by strength condition. Different steels have different mechanical properties and high temperature properties. Even for the same kind of steel, the tensile strength, yield strength and rupture strength vary greatly with the working temperature, and decrease with the increase of working temperature. In order to ensure the safety of A514 grade J alloy steel plate work, the actual stress of A514 grade J alloy steel plate under the working temperature should be less than the allowable stress determined by the tensile strength, yield limit and permanent strength of A514 grade J alloy steel plate under the temperature.
Before delivering our hot rolled plate product we apply various tests to check the quality of carbon steel A514 grade J alloy steel plate plates such as- mechanical test, chemical test, hardness test, toughness test, eddy current test, impact test, micro test, flaring test, flattening test, etc. We are provided best packing for structural steel plates to avoid rust. Our after-sales service team will contact you if you have any question.
