Sulfur is a very harmful element in A514 Gr S alloy steel plate steel. 45# seamless pipe belongs to high quality carbon structural steel. The carbon (C) content of No.45 seamless pipe is 0.42 ~ 0.50%, Si content is 0.17 ~ 0.37%, Mn content is 0.50 ~ 0.80%, Cr content is ≤ 0.25%, Ni content is ≤ 0.30%, Cu content is ≤ 0.25%. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of 45# seamless pipe are 600 MPa, 355 MPa, 16% and 40% respectively. 45# seamless pipe is used to manufacture high strength moving parts.
The company has new project in Peru. It is about more than 2000 tons A514 Gr S alloy steel plate, LSAW steel pipes and large diameter pipe fittings, an repeat order for Peru Goverment. The fittings include Manhole, big Elbow, Bifurcation, etc. Since 2012 when we cooperated with the Peru Goverment to operate the hydropower project, they have repeat orders for us almost every year.
