15Mo3 steel manufacturing method: adopt oxygen top blown converter method, 182 open hearth method or 3666 to smelt in 3769 electric furnace. Both 14Cr1MoR pressure vessel steel and 15CrMoR pressure vessel steel belong to Cr-Mo hydrogen resistant steel, and they are special steel in strict sense. A588 grade B heavy plate, Cr-Mo hydrogen resistant steel is suitable for petrochemical, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinder block, thermal power and other large-scale equipment with high temperature and high pressure and connected with hydrogen or hydrogen mixed medium. Laser cutting A588 grade B heavy plate has no burr, wrinkle and precision is high. It is superior to plasma cutting. Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the A588 grade B heavy plate cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.
