According to the data released by the world iron and Steel Association, the world pig iron production in March 2020 was 103 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 3.5%, a year-on-year increase of 1.8% in February, and the overseas pig iron A514 Gr Q QT steel plate production excluding China was 36.309 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 11%. In March, except for China and Russia, pig iron production increased by 1%6, other countries' pig iron A514 Gr Q QT steel plate production decreased year-on-year, with 28 EU countries reducing by 14.2%, 3 CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan) reducing by 0.8%, India reducing by 14.6%, Japan reducing by 7.9% and South Korea reducing by 9.5%.
When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials A514 Gr Q QT steel plate. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

Mechanical properties of Q550C steel: yield strength ≥ 550 MPa, tensile strength 600-780 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 16%, impact energy ≥ 55J. A514 Gr Q QT steel plate, Q550C steel is mainly used for manufacturing various large-scale engineering structural components and construction machinery. Due to its high strength, Q550C steel can meet the requirements of large-scale and lightweight construction machinery.
In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of A514 Gr Q QT steel plate steel from our company.
For ASTM A573 Grade 70/A573 Gr.70 carbon manganese silicon steel plates, our company would issue the original mill test certificate A514 Gr Q QT steel plate EN 10204 3.1 for clients when arrange delivery, so that clients can trace the A573 Gr.70 plates origin easily.
