321 stainless steel has excellent high-temperature stress rupture performance and high-temperature creep resistance, stress mechanical properties, are better than 304 stainless steel. Austenitic stainless steel is equivalent to the Chinese grade 0Cr18Ni10Ti. 321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Mo austenitic stainless steel, its performance is better than 304. Due to the addition of titanium metal, A283 Gr D mild steel coil, 321 stainless steel plate and sheet have better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength.
The mechanical properties of 20MnV steel are as follows: tensile strength 785 MPa, yield strength 590 MPa, elongation after fracture 10%, reduction of area 40%, impact absorption energy 55 J. A283 Gr D mild steel coil, 20MnV steel has good properties, good strength, toughness and plasticity, good hardenability and machinability. After carburizing, 20MnV steel can be directly quenched without secondary quenching to improve the core structure. The weldability of 20MnV steel is good, but there is temper brittleness at 300-360 ℃ during heat treatment.
