SA516Gr60 meets the requirements of (ASME) ASTMA516/A516M standards, and meets the needs of oil gas with high content of sulfur and hydrogen, reducing sulfur and hydrogen corrosion, reducing equipment maintenance, and increasing equipment life. The steel A514 Gr H alloy steel plate has the following characteristics: good impact resistance, low temperature deformation, good welding performance, good fatigue resistance, good anti-layer cracking performance, microalloying, high purity, low carbon equivalent, and strong resistance to sulfur and hydrogen.
NM series wear-resistant steel plates have uniform hardness, avoid the local fracture phenomenon caused by uneven hardness. Compared with ordinary steel plate, NM360 steel plate has wear resistance of not less than twice, NM400 steel plate has wear resistance of not less than 2.5 times, and NM550 steel plate has wear resistance of not less than 4 times. The wear-resistant steel plate combines the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, weldability and easy bending.
The effect of nitrogen (N) on the properties of A514 Gr H alloy steel plate and so on steel is similar to that of carbon and phosphorus. With the increase of nitrogen content, the strength of steel can be significantly improved, especially the plasticity, especially toughness, and the weldability will be decreased, and the cold brittleness will be intensified. At the same time, aging tendency, cold brittleness and hot brittleness will be increased, which will damage the weldability and cold bending property of steel. Therefore, the nitrogen content in A514 Gr H alloy steel plate and so on steel should be reduced and limited as much as possible. Generally, nitrogen content should not be higher than 0.018%.
