Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.
Composition characteristics of Q420 alloy steel plate: 1.Low carbon: Due to the high requirements for toughness, weldability and cold forming performance, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%. 2. Add manganese-based alloy elements. 3. St52-3 steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 355 MPa, tensile strength 490-630Mpa. For St52-3 steel, the C element content is 0.24%, the Si element content is 0.55% max, the Mn element content is 1.60% max, the P element content is 0.045% max, the S element content is 0.045% max.
