Jspl announced plans to build a 2.5-million-ton-a-year A283 Gr A CS steel carbon plate steel plant in the ramga region of the Indian state of Jharkhand. It is reported that the company has a wire mill, a bar mill and a steel service center in the region. The new steel plant is expected to be put into operation in two to three years. The completion of the new A283 Gr A CS steel carbon plate steel plant will be conducive to its integration and elimination of backward production capacity.
The purpose of complete annealing of A283 Gr A CS steel carbon plate, wear-resistant plate is to improve the bad structure, such as coarse grain, widmanstatten structure (coarse ferrite with directional growth along with coarse grain) or banded structure caused by high temperature during hot forging, hot rolling, welding or casting of steel plate, so as to refine grain, improve mechanical properties, and reduce stress and hardness.
