The method of distinguishing manganese plate from common carbon steel plate, A514 grade B quenched and tempered steel is as follows:(1) Check the spray labelWhether it is manganese plate or common carbon steel plate, it has its own factory spray mark, just check it;(2)Listen to the cutting soundThe cutting sound of manganese plate is relatively clear and crisp, while that of common carbon steel plate is not clear and crisp, and the manganese plate will fall off as soon as it is cut;(3) Look at the polishing sparksLook at the amount of sparks on the surface during polishing. The more sparks and forks are manganese plates, and the lesser ones are common carbon steel plates;(4) Check the material certificateGenerally, the material certificate will clearly indicate what material it is, just check it.
