S355J2 steel plate A514 grade E QT steel plate rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the A514 grade E QT steel plate single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.
In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, A514 grade E QT steel plate I beam and other profile steel to local market.
A514 grade E QT steel plate, SS400 steel is one of the most commonly used hot rolled general structural steel. SS400 steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 225-235MPa, tensile strength 360-510Mpa and 340-470Mpa. For SS400 steel, the C element content is 0.2% max, the Mn element content is 1.40% max, the P element content is 0.045% max, the S element content is 0.045% max.
