The addition of Ca element in steel such as A514 grade Q alloy steel plate can refine grain size, partly desulphurize and change the composition, quantity and morphology of non-metallic inclusions. It is similar to that of adding rare earth in steel. It can improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature and low temperature resistance of steel, improve the impact toughness, fatigue strength, plasticity and welding performance of the steel, and increase the cold heading, shock resistance, hardness and contact endurance strength of the steel.
In the first ten days of February 2020, the key statistics show that steel enterprises produce a total of 19.3943 million tons of crude steel, 17.9747 million tons of pig iron, 17.5904 million tons of steel and 3.225 million tons of coke. This ten day average daily output of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate crude steel is 1939400 tons, down 2.68% on a month on month basis, up 3.16% on a year-on-year basis; steel is 1759000 tons, down 9.09% on a month on month basis, up 2.51% on a year-on-year basis.
Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. The overall growth trend of China's A514 grade Q alloy steel plate is slowing down, and the demand in the north is lower than that in the south. Under the background of economic recovery, the demand toughness still exists, the resource inventory is tight, and the actual willingness of the spot merchants to let the price is not obvious. The price of A514 grade Q alloy steel plate is expected to be adjusted and operated stably.
