A514 Gr R alloy steel plate, Wear resistant steel plate has been used in many fields, and its roughness requirements are different for different applications. In the process of production, the roughness of production equipment such as the work roll of leveller will be shown on the surface. It has been proved that both the roughness of work roll surface and the rolling force have influence on the roughness value of tube surface, and there is a nonlinear positive correlation.
As the boiler steel plate A514 Gr R alloy steel plate is working under medium temperature (below 350 ℃) and high pressure, the boiler steel plate is not only subjected to high pressure, but also subjected to impact, fatigue load and water and gas corrosion. The performance requirements for boiler steel mainly include good welding and cold bending performance, certain high temperature strength, alkali corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, etc.
We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged A514 Gr R alloy steel plate SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.
