The A572 grade 60 high strength steel weathering steel plates are our main products, which are also called weather resistant steel plates, corten steel plates, atmosphere corrosion resistant steel plate, anti-corrosion plates, etc. The main recognized standards for weathering steel plates are ASTM CORTEN, ASTM A588/A588M, ASME SA588/SA588M, EN 10025-5, EN 10155, TBT 1979, GBT 4171, JIS G 3114, JIS G3125, ASTM A242/A242M, etc. Our typical weathering steel grades are Corten A, A588 grade B, S355J2WP, S355J0WP, 09CuPCrNi-A, 05CuPCrNi, Q355NH, SPA-H, A242 type 1, etc.
Compared with the traditional seamless steel pipe, alloy seamless pipe has better performance in all aspects. Because of the addition of various metal elements in the manufacturing, the overall strength of the alloy seamless pipe is larger, stronger and durable, and the service performance and service life of the A572 grade 60 high strength steel, alloy seamless pipe are improved. The alloy seamless pipe is the best choice especially for special environment and high pressure requirements. Because of its high material properties, alloy seamless pipe has good corrosion resistance. It is not easy to be corroded in some special environment, which reduces the cost of the project and has a longer service life.
BBN had provided A572 grade 60 high strength steel Hardox plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in coal mining machinery, cement equipment, road construction machinery, engineering machinery, dump trucks, metallurgical area and port fields. In 2016,we brought our customer to visit our A572 grade 60 high strength steel NM400 steel plate producing line and our Shanghai warehouse for 30000 tons plate and structure. As a result, Our client purchased 500 tons NM 400 as first order, which is shipped by 3 times. In future, BBN will always guarantee that all the delivery condition for Hardox plate provided will be with quenching and tempering, which is the best delivery type according GBT 24186 standard.
