The company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of A573 grade 70 plate seamless pipes, longitudinally welded pipes, large-diameter welded pipes, API 5L welded pipes, spiral welded pipes, and large-diameter thick-walled straight seam steel pipes. The company has A573 grade 70 plate five production lines in three major production workshops: large-diameter longitudinally welded pipe production workshop,A573 grade 70 plate rolled steel pipe production workshop, and thermally expanded steel pipe production workshop, with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 tons.
Tianjin warehouse mainly stores steel plates and steel pipes. The monthly replenishment is about 12000 tons. Our inventory cycle is short and flexible. Shanghai warehouse mainly stores A573 grade 70 plate ,steel plate and section steel. The average monthly purchase volume is about 15000 tons. The geographical location of the warehouse has greatly improved our performance in terms of transportation and delivery time.
Both steelmaking and ironmaking are carried out by oxidation-reduction reaction, but there are great differences between them in reaction objects: ironmaking is to reduce iron, while A573 grade 70 plate steelmaking is to remove excessive carbon and other impurities in pig iron, so there are relations and differences between them in actual operation. There are three main methods of A573 grade 70 plate steelmaking: converter, electric furnace and flat furnace. The converter steelmaking process is most widely used.
We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged A573 grade 70 plate SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.

Mechanical properties of 42SiMn steel: tensile strength 885 MPa; yield strength 735 MPa; elongation after fracture: 15; reduction of area: 40; impact energy: 47J. 42SiMn steel belongs to alloy quenched and tempered steel with good properties, high strength, wear resistance and hardenability. Under certain conditions, the strength, wear resistance and hot working performance of 42SiMn steel are better than 40Cr steel, A573 grade 70 plate, and can be used instead of 40CrNi steel.
