Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the A709 grade 50 high strength steel quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After A709 grade 50 high strength steel quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.
In year 2015, we ship 750 tons H beam to Pakistan for our old customer for building use. Because of urgent demand, the H beams are partial shipment by bulk vessel. Due to strong support of our customer, we also export many C channel steel, A709 grade 50 high strength steel I beam and other profile steel to local market.
A335 P22 steel pipe belongs to ferrite alloy steel nominal pipe for high temperature use. Chemical composition of A335 P22 steel pipe: C 0.10-0.20, Mn 0.30-0.80, P ≤ 0.025, S ≤ 0.025, Si 0.10-0.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of A335 P22 steel pipe: tensile strength 415mpa, yield strength 205 MPa. A709 grade 50 high strength steel, A335 P22 steel pipe is characterized by good process performance, less sensitivity to the heating temperature of heat treatment, good welding performance, good plasticity, and low strength, especially the high temperature rupture strength is lower than 12Cr1MoV steel. When used at the same temperature and stress, its wall thickness is about 30% thicker than 12Cr1MoV Steel.
