On Jan. 31, 2019, BBN steel held the annual meeting with all employees, family members, and friends. It is a moment of joyand it is a moment to summarize the past and look forward.Looking back on 2018, BBN steel exported A709 Gr HPS70W bridge steel plate more than 2 million tons of steel materials to all parts of the world and made outstanding contributions to infrastructure construction at home and abroad. In 2019, BBN steel will make A709 Gr HPS70W bridge steel plate persistent efforts and forge ahead.
Every customer who has visit us and witness the steel materials before delievry will be impressed by our quality control departemnt. Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. For each order, no matter its quantity and value, our quality control departemnt will make strict inspection before delivery, the inspection contents include apperance, tolerance, dimension, mark, special requirements of customers, etc. To guarantee our steel materials sent to the customer is qualified.
In November of 2015, Thailand one company contacted with us from Internet. They are find the trustable supplier of S355J2H seamless pipe A709 Gr HPS70W bridge steel plate for there cable car supporter. Due to the special using of the pipes, they are very careful and servious when choosing the supplier. After one months contact and discussion by email, they come to our company. We drive to the pipe mill for visit of 2 days. Through this visit, they are very confident with our production ability and proucts quality. Finally, they accept the grade we suggest Q345D. After back to office, they put the order of 1400 tons pipe to us directly.
Laser cutting A709 Gr HPS70W bridge steel plate has no burr, wrinkle and precision is high. It is superior to plasma cutting. Laser cutting has good cutting quality, narrow cutting width (generally 0.1-0.5m m), high accuracy (generally 0.1-0.4mm hole center distance error, 0.1-0.5mm contour dimension error), good surface roughness (generally Ra is 12.5-25μm), and the A709 Gr HPS70W bridge steel plate cutting seam can be welded without further processing. Fast cutting speed: for example, with 2kW laser power, the cutting speed of 8mm thick carbon steel is 1.6m/min.
