Normal strength shipbuilding structural steel is divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D. The yield strength (not less than 235N/mm^2) of A514 Gr Q QT steel plate these four grades is the same as the tensile strength (400~520N/mm^2). However, the impact properties of steel plates at different temperatures are different.
A514 Gr Q QT steel plate, 20CrMo alloy steel plate has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, little tendency of cold cracking, good machinability and cold strain plasticity. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is generally used in the state of quenching and tempering or carburizing and quenching. 20CrMo alloy steel plate is used to manufacture high-pressure pipes, fasteners and carburized parts, such as gears and shafts, working in non corrosive medium and medium containing mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen under 250 ℃.
In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of A514 Gr Q QT steel plate steel from our company.
