Our gas cylinder steel materials A514 grade P high strength steel plate are hot selling in 2019. The order quanitity for gas cylinder steel coils and sheets amount to 10,000 tons. Among them, a large portion of the gas cylinder steel coils and sheets are exported to Uganda, Kenya and so on Africa countries for gas cylinder production companies. Now our A514 grade P high strength steel plate gas cylinder steel has taken a large market share in local. We supply both gas cylinder steel coils and gas cylinder steel sheets. The dimension is customizable.
API 5L is a specification for pipeline steel pipe formulated by the American Petroleum Institute. The main steel grades in API 5L are: A, B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70, X80, X90, X100, X120, etc. In API standard, pipeline steels are divided into PSL1 and PSL2. In the standard, there are slight differences in chemical composition, A514 grade P high strength steel plate mechanical properties, inspection items, acceptance standards, delivery status, etc between PSL1 and PSL2 steel. For example, API 5L PSL1 X42 requires an upper carbon limit of 0.26, while API 5L PSL2 X42 requires an upper carbon limit of 0.24.
The yield point of the steel structure determines the stress that the structure can withstand without permanent deformation. The minimum yield point of typical carbon structural steel is 235MPa. The minimum yield point of typical low-alloy high-strength steel is 345MPa. Therefore, according to the proportional relationship of its yield point, the use of low-alloy high-strength steel allows the stress to be 1.4 times higher than that of carbon structural steel. Compared with A514 grade P high strength steel plate, carbon structural steel, the use of low-alloy high-strength steel can reduce the size of structural parts and reduce weight.
The trend of international shipping development of large-scale ships and strategic joint ventures puts forward higher requirements for modern ports. Modern ports no longer use the general cargo throughput as a measure sign, and container throughput will become the main sign to measure the role and status of modern ports. The average container capacity in 2000 is 3200teu, and it is expected to be 5500teu in 2020.
