Our company was founded in 2000, which initially committed to providing high-quality steel A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate products for China's rapid infrastructure construction. With the advantages of steel resources and good reputation in the domestic market, combined with the huge demand for steel in the international market, we began to export A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate steel to the international market, opening up the international steel market.
The company uses outsourced logistics operations. Our cooperated professional third-party logistics providers use the advantages of large-scale production and cost advantages to achieve cost savings by increasing the utilization of resources in each link, so that we can benefit from the separation of cost structure. Therefore, we can also provide customers with better, faster and more efficient cargo transportation, delivery, and lower freight costs.
Normalizing is to heat the steel parts to 30~80℃above the critical temperature for a period of time. Then the parts are taken out of the furnace and cooled in air. Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate are higher than that of annealed A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.
In 2015, we offered 230 tons 309S and 310S stainless steel A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate plate to Vietnam fabrication company. The products are used in fabricating machine for this company. Then the customer sell the machine to south America and European market. This Vietnam company purchase more than 100 ton stainless steel from us every month.
SPA-C steel with the thickness range is 1.2-150mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the A572 Gr 42 CS steel carbon plate, SPA-C steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. SPA-C steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 325 MPa, tensile strength more than 450Mpa.
