15CrMo alloy plate is a pearlite structure heat-resistant steel, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and A514 Gr P QT steel plate has certain hydrogen corrosion resistance. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloy elements in 15CrMo alloy plate, the steel has obvious hardening tendency and poor weldability. The weight calculation formula of 15CrMo alloy plate: length × width × thickness × 0.00785 = kg / m. According to the atomic weight ratio of Ti and N in A514 Gr P QT steel plate tin formula (Ti = 3.4n), the content of Ti in steel should be controlled between 0.015 and 0.025%. Generally, the amount of ferrotitanium added to each ton of steel is 1kg.
