We do sand blasting and shop primer for various steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.
In 2016. Our company offer 1200 tons API 5L GR.B hot rolled coil to Bangladesh——100 tons for 3.9*625mm, and 1100 tons for 7*683mm. It is one tender project, we get the tender at the end of 2015, and arrange the production in 2016. They required the tolerance of thickness is +0.1/-0.2mm, and width tolerance is +/-0.5mm, which is a very high requirement for coil tolerance, but our mill handling this very well. and our Q/C department witness all of the process.ASTM A514 structural steel

And the rolling size of SA36 steel plate is following: the thickness range is 1.2-600mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the SA36 steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm.
