Q355NHB steel plate is atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel plate, also known as weather-resistant steel plate. It is a low alloy steel series between general steel and stainless steel. Weather-resistant steel is made of ordinary carbon steel with a few corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel. A514 grade E quenched and tempered steel, Q355NHB steel sheet is featured by good toughness, plastic extension, forming, welding and cutting, abrasion, high temperature, fatigue resistance, etc.
The weight of seamless steel pipe is only 1 / 5 of that of square steel. Seamless steel pipe corrosion resistance acid, alkali, salt and atmospheric environment corrosion, high temperature resistance, good impact and fatigue resistance, do not need regular maintenance. The effective service life of product A514 grade E quenched and tempered steel more than 15 years.
The A514 grade E quenched and tempered steel, wear resistant steel plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resistant layer, and the alloy wear-resistant layer is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total thickness. The alloy wear-resistant layer and the base plate are metallurgically bonded. When working, the base plate provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the alloy wear-resistant layer provides wear-resistant properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
The quality grade symbols of Q235 steel plate are A, B, C and D respectively. Different grades represent different impact temperatures. A514 grade E quenched and tempered steel, Q235A is not required for impact toughness test; Q235B is required for impact toughness test at room temperature (20 ℃); Q235C is required for impact toughness test at 0 ℃; Q235D is required for impact toughness test at - 20 ℃. For the above-mentioned B, C and D grade steels, Akv ≥27J is required under different temperature requirements. At different impact temperature, the impact value is also different.
