ASTM A573 grade 70 carbon steel plates exported to the United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates customer is introduced by another customer who has stable cooperation with us in the past years. And he invested us though bank and other customers in his local and also his friends in China. He booked about 500 tons ASTM A573 grade 70 carbon steel plates for the first trial order. This is our first time coopertion. We invited him to visit us before putting order. But he insists not come and put order directly after his investigation, and asked us to arrange SGS test for the A573 grade 70 carbon steel plates before shipment.
