T11 steel is a steel grade produced according to American Standard ASTM A213. T11 steel is used for boiler, superheater and heat exchanger tubes with minimum wall thickness. Chemical composition of ASTM A213 T11 steel: C 0.05-0.15, Si 0.50-1.00, Mn 0.30-0.60, P, S ≤ 0.025, Cr 1.00-1.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of ASTM A213 T11 steel: tensile strength ≥ 415 Mpa, yield strength ≥ 170 Mpa, elongation ≥ 30%. The main ASTM A213 steel pipe grades are A213 T11, A213 T12, A213 T22, A572 Gr 55 high strength steel, etc.
The allowable temperature of A572 Gr 55 high strength steel, boiler steel is mainly determined by strength condition. Different steels have different mechanical properties and high temperature properties. Even for the same kind of steel, the tensile strength, yield strength and rupture strength vary greatly with the working temperature, and decrease with the increase of working temperature. In order to ensure the safety of A572 Gr 55 high strength steel work, the actual stress of A572 Gr 55 high strength steel under the working temperature should be less than the allowable stress determined by the tensile strength, yield limit and permanent strength of A572 Gr 55 high strength steel under the temperature.
In March, the daily output of key iron and steel enterprises decreased on a month on month basis. In October, steel production decreased month-on-month, port inventories continued to rise, iron ore demand intensity weakened slightly, and iron ore prices continued to fall. According to the monitoring of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association, at the end of October, the China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 421.41 points, down 11.06 points month-on-month, or 2.56%.
